Our Story
Co-Authors Tim “The Hammer” Hackman and Rich “The Natural” Sigwald met at a library conference in 2015 and bonded over their shared love of professional wrestling and other nerdy interests. In 2020 the pair decided to pursue the epic, some might say quixotic, project of watching All the WrestleManias in order and writing about their experience. Blog posts before January 2022 represent their collaborative efforts.
Beginning in early 2022, the co-authors became “co-hosts,” as we decided to try our hands at podcasting! In late 2023 we realized that our content had expanded far beyond the original All the WrestleManias mission to include interviewing indie wrestlers and wrestling legends like David Crockett and reviewing older shows from an array of wrestling promotions, including NWA, WCW, AWA, ECW, and more.
